For the past 9 years, I’ve helped people all over the world reach their nutrition goals. I started my career in a cardiac intensive care unit (ICU) and then transitioned out of that setting to pursue preventative medicine where I felt I could make the biggest difference in people’s lives [& I did!]. I started Anywhere Nutrition to combine my passions for nutrition, cooking, sustainability, fitness and helping others feel comfortable in their own skin.
